  1. Take Sushi’s posts as an example. Data driven reasoning in the world is empirically proven better than rhetoric. Get off your rocking horse
  2. It’s not about the patterns you hear from others, it is about evaluating the legit comparative data and reasoning from there. The “we heard this from everyone “ argument is childish bullshit
  3. After the next Diaz firing, we can speculate Lincoln Riley to Dook
  4. After 27 years, now you tell me. I don’t mind winter here, hardly something to endure. The waterfront is beautiful every day.
  5. Some Texas alumni live up here, too. Skip the bad weather wishes
  6. Again with the Oregon. Oregon, Oregon, Oregon.
  7. I beat you to it a post or three above. Thank you for your attentiveness
  8. Weird for sure. And innumerate is the term I meant.
  9. The mathematician John Paulos had a term for people like you - anarithmetic . No sense of numbers and analysis.
  10. How does that defense hold Texas to 17? I think CTJ pointed out we have played 7 higher ranked defenses than UW, and averaged 40+ on that set. Late season Texas puts up 50+.
  11. I can’t believe I mildly enjoyed that godawful anthem rendition those long years ago. I misinterpreted her motives then.
  12. The O and D components can’t be isolated, as you say. Texas fans are plenty, and we mean plenty familiar with these types of games principally via our history with OU. We have to be able to match their offense, and yet have the D that makes the key stops that given day. I think Texas’ O and D are well set for this type of game. Throw in special teams and an edge can be perceived.
  13. Alternatively, JL, the key may be Texas boat racing the UW defense, and thus outscoring the great Pennick offense. No UW commentor has yet admitted this obvious possibility.
  14. Still no comment about what the Texas offense might very well do to the UW defense
  15. I watched both games and was very impressed. I expect that version of UW. But in the last 2 games we have ass raped a couple of defenses generally equivalent to yours. One would think that would give you pause.
  16. Tech wins easily by 20, UW beat same by 27. I’ll stop further transitive property reasoning, however tempting. But the much claimed PAC 12 superiority over B12 took a hit here
  17. No, the then Cal quarterback in the 04 meeting of these schools
  18. 31-14 TT 2 minutes left in 3Q. Cal moving at long last. Cal tears will always be nice, A-Aron’s included
  19. Push to top, and perhaps get the CFB Sark interview video that to work again
