Back in the early 90's at a huge party, I discovered Mazzy Star while smoking out with a half dozen people I stumbled on in a back bedroom. I don't recall ever actually knowing their names and I never saw them again after that night. I guess they were kinda ghosts in the night sharing their visions with me. And those visions are still with me today.
There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.
Never used a vape but been thinking about getting one. Someone I previously spoke with also endorsed the Firefly. Do you have to use a new Concentrate Pad ever time you use the Firefly?
I think I would buy a little place somewhere in Colorado with a porch facing the mountains. The mornings would be for enjoying coffee & the sunrise. In the evenings after feeding the pup a slab of steak, I think I would spend more time on the porch enjoying a smoke and a beverage. I believe I could pass the rest of my days with that routine. My buddy is good with that plan as well..
A friend of mine brought me some gummies from Colorado and I just tried my first one with a glass of wine. While enjoying the flavor profile of this chewy tidbit, I was reading the label and noticed on the bottom that this particular brand has gluten free & vegan ingredients. What a thoughtful gesture to bring me a health-conscious treat! Of course I will annihilate any health gains later when I destroy a pan of brownies. But it was thoughtful non the less.
Lol. That's crazy you were mowing the yard. I would think that loud mower would scare the shit out of you on that stuff. I noticed your user name, you ever try eating one of those Texan burgers at Judge Beans? They used to have locations all over Fort Worth but I think the only one left is in Keller. I can remember going there once with some friends and a buddy tried to do the challenge. I think it was 5lbs of beef? Needless to say he didn't make it. Matter of fact he ended up throwing up in the parking lot before we left. Oh the joy of gluttony.
I was visiting some friends in LA about 10 years ago for a big Halloween party. Everyone was pretty drunk and enjoying the evening when one of my buddies offered me a "chocolate chip cookie". I remember it being greasy but delicious. I was starving and so while he wasn't looking I grabbed his ziplock bag and helped myself to 6-8 cookies. Needles to say I do not remember the rest of the evening. One of his roommates worked in the movie biz and made props for Disney. In their living room was this giant skeleton with a cloak that looked like the grim reaper. Somewhere I have this photo of me passed out, sitting in front of this skeleton with its arms wrapped around me. Good times.
My take away, Humphrey & Hager are the most productive players on each side. Defense will be carrying the team again this year. Keep the offensive line healthy and we get 9 wins. And lastly, Rising's porno-stash rocks. Hook 'em.
Since Netflix will be bringing back their full catalog some time this year and it got my thinking about watching them on channel 13 growing up. I've seen all the movies but I doubt I have seen all the episodes. I'm looking forward to getting to watch them all. So I'm curious what was your favorite skit or scene from the Beatles of comedy?
