I don't see Bunny (or his wife) allowing him to settle for that type of career. They would push him beyond that.
With the way Bunny career ended and his feelings on how the department was training new officers, I can't see him doing that.
For me, the scene of Namond participating in that school debate screams future lawyer.
Truth.
Are these hot takes the downside of the football team doing well? They have to bitch about something, so they are showing up in the basketball threads. As has been pointed out, that was a great effort from a shorthanded team that will pay off in the long run. I am very excited about watching this team develop.
Any word on what he was saying? Is that the endzone where the recruits were sitting?
I loved when he did that! That's the type of attitude/passion the program has been missing.
He's blown three 3-1 leads. That's bad. Coach is supposed to put his team in the best position to win. He doesn't. Quite a few 3-2 blown leads too, just like this year.
You have to subtract anything involving the Clippers. Why? Cause it's the fucking Clippers.
Building a roster involves identifying the correct players to recruit. Just because 5 of the top 10 players want to sign with you doesn't mean you sign all 5 if they don't fit your culture (see University of Kentucky). That's the question with Terry. Can he identify the correct players to build a cohesive roster like the one everyone is raving about at the moment. Sure, he played a role in getting guys on campus but how much did he play in identifying the "right guys"?
As mentioned in another thread, Keyonte George wanted to sign with UT. Beard passed. He signed with Baylor and most people believe he was a negative for that team. Would Terry have passed on him? That's what people are questioning.
Bunny did a phenomenal job of being a leader. He is a great part of the show.
Buzz I'm really enjoying you sharing your experience. Your enthusiasm prompted me to start another watch.
