Not sure about historically bad, but pretty bad.
Giannis' team (as has been pointed out) is terrible and they're more likely to be a play-in team than a top 4 seed.
I'll be interested to see how Ivey fits in with the young dudes in Detroit.
If the Cavs win another 55-65 games in the regular season and flame out again in Round 2, I would say it'd be time to blow it up...but the Jazz own their picks in 27, 28, 29 so that's not really an option.

Haliburton goes down in the 1st (crazy state - he still has the most 3 pt FGs this game) when the Pacers were in the game and playing well. And now there is a rather low ceiling for 25-26 if it is confirmed that it's an Achilles.

Maybe Houston with KD. If the Spurs grow up quickly maybe they have a chance. And there's always the inevitable injuries that happen every year and every postseason.
But OKC looks like they'll be the favorites in the West for the foreseeable future.
