Looks like I am consistently losing about 0.7 pounds per week. Essentially I am eating really well, moving around a lot but not doing much cardio, and I am lifting every day. I’ve been at it since mid December. I thought the weight would drop faster than it has, but at this point I can tell a pretty clear trend.
I have a decent amount more weight loss to go. I would say at least another 10-15 pounds.
I don't post much, but I'm following this thread.
I've been trying to lose weight and get back into shape. Started around mid-December. I've been lifting almost daily since then. I don't like doing cardio so that part is pretty limited. I have been trying to get up and move around a lot more during the day though and getting my steps in. Also, I've really tried to focus on diet. I wish the weight loss would be more, but I am down from about 225 to 214 since then. I have put on a ton of muscle, so I'm sure my body fat percentage is much improved. Clothes all fit a lot differently. I've lost a lot of belly fat and am probably down 3-4 inches in my waist size. I'd eventually like to get below 200. Seems like at the current pace it will take me a few more months.
I’m trying to listen to some classic metal albums start to finish. Been at it for the last month or so. I’ve listened to the below. Any other good recommendations?

From 1947 - 2005, the cut off was August 1st. From 2006 - 2017, the cut off was April 30th. Since 2018, the cut off has been August 31st.
My son's birthday is end of August, so the change made a big difference for us. We've since moved on to select only.
I’m disappointed. There is no reason to watch the Rangers. Gallo was the lone bright spot. It’s now just a collection of journeymen and low end prospects that won’t be on the team when they’re good again. No confidence that any of these prospects will amount to anything.
Lots of signs for Hunt in the Villages as well. Probably 25% of the houses also have Trump signs. I was asked to go to a fundraiser for Hunt this week and declined. Even if I was a supporter of his (I'm not), I don't really understand how effective a fundraiser this late in the game would even be.
Voted in Harris county. 10 minutes in and out. There were only about 8 people in line. For the first time in my life I voted straight D. I'm a moderate conservative.
This is why things like OPEC++ and RRC don't matter right now. The free market has taken over. Supply is going to equal demand. The price will fall until it does. We need to take out roughly 30 million barrels a day of supply. Prices will fall to whatever point it takes to get enough shut ins to balance the market. Once the market is back in balance, prices will rise to whatever is needed to maintain that balance. It should be the marginal cost to produce the 70 millionth barrel (on an operating cost basis). No clue what that is, but I know it's a hell of a lot lower than the 100 millionth barrel. We'll also have a crazy amount of spare capacity to bring on line at a ridiculously low price.
I think it will ensure that the very bottom of this doesn’t last long. I’m thinking a one to two month bottom. I don’t think the rebound will be that great though. Say we bottom out at $10 for a month and then quickly rebound to $25.
Cash prices getting crushed right now. Going to be massive shut ins over the next two months. Talking negative prices in Wyoming. Close to that for all of the Bakken Canada. Midland realized pricing falling below $10 right now.
The daughter sounds like a complete wack job. Peterson himself is borderline. He's a super smart guy that also seems to have a lot of personal issues and weird fringe ideas. The cult following he's developed probably hasn't helped his mental well being either.
