How old are you? If you are on the young end and are active, I would not get surgery. I would only consider it now if I was on the way out.
I had a C5-C6 and the pain at the time had me wishing for the end. I was ready for surgery as soon as they could schedule it. After about 6 weeks, things finally calmed down and it just got to be a pain in the neck. A month of physical therapy, the pain was almost completely gone. It has been 3 years now and every now and then it aches a little. Some ibuprofen and doing my exercises and the pain goes away.
Also, if you are carrying around some extra weight it would be good to lose that and do some core training to help your back as well.
So Sorry to Bother You isn't futuristic after all?
I know I slept through most of her books I had to read, but I really missed the part where John Galt just wanted to live in a workers commune after all.
The fact that there are people who can't laugh at the situation where a South Carolina couple are too polite (or completely believe that "liberals" are that far out there) to stop the conversation when a guy admitted his wife has an annual 3 month lady's intermission with a dolphin goes a long way into explaining the popularity of Chuck Lorre.
This would make me happy. Therefore if a transfer happens, he will play next year at PSG or Real.
And I know that Perez wants another Galactico, but Neymar would be a fucking headache on and off the field. I would poach some combination of Kante, Lewandoski, Hazard and Salah for the price Al-Khelaifi is going to let Neymar go. He takes Champions League losses seriously.
Delofeu, Rafinha, Thiago and Sergi Roberto are solid players, but the point is valid as far as a superstar. I still don't get what happened with Bojan. I know about the panic attacks and all, but it's not like Iniesta didn't have similar issues at one point or another.
Hopefully, Samper or Munir will develop into something, but I wouldn't hold my breath.
I would agree if the game was a club match in mid season. Not at the end of a summer tournament with no break since the season.
But who knows in a one off.
Their boogeyman went out in the first round. They lost their last game to get on the easy side of the bracket. They got to play Colombia without James and a wretched Sweden in the quarters. Their opponent in the semis had to play to penalties twice. They were up early and running rampant. Their captain and Lingard had easy chances to put it away in the first half.
Every card fell their way until 68 minutes into the semi, including the Colombian penalty that hit the upright.
They pretty much deserve every bit of criticism coming their way.
Now I can go back to liking the Brits again.
No shit.
Assuming a high pressure game and not a Sunday friendly
If you were the opposing team and had an Englishman running one on one vs your keeper, who would you be most scared of?
A. Kane
B. Sterling
C. Lingard
D. Inanimate Carbon Rod
It's a part of the game if you are trying to protect your defenders, but there was no need for it there as the ball was near the half way line. Its just stupid.
I can't believe Croatia hasn't set anyone on. I still don't know where the English goal will come from, but in about 10 minutes the Croatia high from the goal is going to crash.
