  1. Not surprisingly, this was the story when Diaz was coaching.
  2. Don’t we only have something like 4 or 5 full time defensive coaches? Versus 7 or 8 on offense? And every quality control coordinator and analyst seems to be an offensive coach. Pay attention to the defensive side of the ball or your stay in Austin isn’t going to be as long as you wished.
  3. Todd Orlando needs to be fired tonight. It’s that bad.
  4. We are bottom 5 defense in the nation.
  5. Our wide receivers can’t catch a fucking screen pass and these guys are going over the back of our DBs to make the catch.
  6. We don’t have any other players left.
  7. Good fucking grief what is wrong with our return men
  8. I don’t have confidence that we can get a single stop this half.
  9. Malcolm Roach came back from suspension so he could drop 25 yards into coverage. ????!??!
  10. Our defensive scheme somehow leaves wide receivers with no defenders within 10 yards of them in any direction. I don’t get it.
  11. This is a piss poor coaching job. No other way to say it.
  12. The team just looks dead out there. No energy, no fire. Major regression from last year in that department.
  13. This seems like a circular argument to me. If none of the four had left the Big 12, it would still be a very stable conference and would be distributing as much or more to each member than it currently is. Leaving is what destabilized the conference in the first place.
  14. What our defense did to Hubbard and the OSU running game was pretty impressive.
  15. Sugar Bowl last year is better than anything those teams have accomplished.
  16. Stream cut out due to “technical difficulties” at ESPN. Great job guys.
  17. All the teams who left the Big XII because of big bad Texas and how unfair everything was: aggy nebraska mizzou colorado What do they have in common? They’ve all won exactly jack shit since they got out from underneath our shadow. Fuck em.
  18. He’s actually a junior
  19. He said it during his pregame interview. Their game plan revolved around establishing (and maintaining) the run game. Outside of a couple of bombs where his upperclassmen WR pulled down impressive contested catches, Sanders was not that great throwing the ball. He hurt us much more when he scrambled. Gundy typically comes in with a good game plan. I think he had the right idea last night. But we had overall better talent and made a couple of key plays to hold on for the W.
  20. Sterns cannot tackle anybody this year
  21. Gundy wins these games by not making stupid decisions. He takes the points when they are there to be taken. Tom needs to throw away the 4th down binder and realize that points on the board are the only thing that matters.
  22. Don’t we have one of the best kickers in the nation??
  23. Pretty sure O’Neal has been benched.
