  1. To this point, the parallels to our volleyball season are eerie. Let's hope that pattern breaks in the end.
  2. We miss Crump. Badly.
  3. The men's and women's teams evidently swapped brains and hearts.
  4. Booker has been playing her way into 3rd team AA honors. Which is bad when you start out first team.
  5. Get it together. This level of execution won't beat them, especially in their house.
  6. His tongue is loose on both ends, and there's nothing in between.
  7. If only Nahlin would be confidently quiet.
  8. I'm bahd. I'm not nationwide.
  9. Blocking is a really high bar for OL guys to jump. Let's start with having all of them remember the snap count.
  10. Never gets old.
  11. That was a really nice win. Nearly every Texas possession remains an adventure, because the ball often sticks too much. But Mark and Vok were so good tonight. Keep it going.
  12. Swain should get fined for every dribble he takes on the break.
  13. He'd make a great safety.
  14. A real PG would come in handy at times.
  15. Vandy has active hands, and that's a big problem for a team that fumbles the ball as much as we do. Clean it up.
  16. Has Sark looked at him at right tackle?
  17. Swain dribbling in any level of traffic is a misadventure.
  18. Pronounced "baa," as in sheep. Transfer to aggy confirmed.
  19. Listen, this board already has enough trouble keeping track of current Longhorn linemen and old grunge musicians. Asking us to avoid confusing Tellek Lockette with Kaliq Lockett is a bridge too far.
  20. Considering Baxter, Clark, Cojoe and many others have been lost to injuries suffered in practice, I'm all for adopting whatever routine might limit such risks without materially hurting in-game performance. If a few high-level programs have found a better way, let's follow them.
  21. It will be interesting to see what shakes out with stats in 2026. Not just for Texas, but across the land. If sack, pressure and INT rates go up and YPC drop, it logically might point to a lack of continuity in many teams' OLs. Same with any rise in those dreaded pre-snap flags and holding calls. OL guys who transfer but miss the window for spring ball are only going to be at more of a disadvantage getting into the flow by Game 1.
  22. Everyone is focused on Tech, but we of course added real firepower ourselves. Vivi is a massive addition and hopefully fully offsets the loss of Mia's bat. Keep everyone healthy and avoid a Stewie slump and we should overpower most teams. Then it gets down to pitching and matchups in the postseason, as usual.
  23. One of my few fears going into 2026 is that Hunter will get some ABs that matter. I wish she'd portaled out, but not my call.
  24. Not nearly enough guys staying in front of their man. Couple that with sloppy ball handling and anemic outside shooting and you have a predictable loss. Unfortunately, of late we've been doing these things poorly enough to lose to lesser teams, too.
