just through the site, wasn't aware you could book through an individual owner. is this via VRBO? i'll check
We are staying at Villa Kiin. didn't feel like spending a lot of money, and this was the closest to the beach in playa norte without dropping a couple hundred per night
i bet you it's the MAF, mass airflow sensor. My lexus did the same thing. Take it off, and grab a can of compressed air and make sure the little filaments are clean. if it has 200k miles you may just want to buy a new one. check on ebay should be able to get one for under $50 new
booked our trip to Isla for Mar 15-20. I've been to Isla before on day trips but never stayed there. Past few times we've stayed in PdC.
super excited, tried booking Ixchel and it was all booked up.
i've done this and they come out great. Smoke it, wrap it in butcher paper, re-heat in the butcher paper in an aluminum pan until internal temp hits 140.
No, it's just that pool builders are busy as fuck right now. everyone trying to get their pool built by summer, including me.
no on in-floor cleaning, yes on robot. it's only $200 more than the polaris vacuum, cleans the walls, and you won't need to run the pump for it to work.
i'm also having a gabled covered patio built and those guys are busy as fuck too. home improvement business in austin is booming
exactly. as a father of two girls, i'll be damned if i'm footing the bill for a wedding. Sure, i'll contribute, but if the guy wants to marry her he better save up
we signed up with Denali as did my best friend. I'm waiting for loan application to finish with RBFCU to break ground. Hoping to have that done in next 2 weeks and break ground.
my buddy's is going fairly fast. broke ground in december and they've finished gunnite coping and water tile.
I called a bunch of companies and got a call back only from Texas Pools and Patios, Denali, KB custom pools, California pools, and Allied outdoor solutions.
Got final designs and estimates from the first 4. went with denali due to design and price. ran into a shit-ton of issues with designs because of impervious coverage limitations
absolutely. you have to know your limits with regards to stamina and weight. don't be embarrassed to do less weight/repetitions than what the workout says
wife and i do it. we love it. i did have a shoulder impingement a couple of years ago that put me out of commission for a few months and that sucked.
i won't go workout on my own, so doing crossfit motivates me to go workout and once you're there people push you to finish
Located within the city limits in a neighborhood with no gas. We are looking to install a pool/spa and we need gas to run the spa. While we're at it, we'll run gas lines into the house for at least the stove and maybe the water heater and dryer.
I've called several companies and cost for an underground tank is around $3500 installed (not including the propane) to buy.
for leasing, it's anywhere from $85-$150 a year but otherwise no upfront costs. besides being tied to one company, this seems like a no brainer.
anyone have any advice?
we've decided to build out a pool/spa and covered patio. Located in Austin
so far we're having Texas Pools & SPa, Denali Pools, California Pools, and Allied Outdoor Solutions coming out to give us budgets.
any other companies i should contact?
