Texas vs. Kentucky - 6:00pm on ESPN
Arch sucks ass. Sark needs to give up OC duties and we need to spend $ on the OL like we do the DL. Arch inability to play pitch and catch is a sign he’s not a Texas level qb 1. We need to cut our losses and move on period end of story. Newman HS in New Orleans masked his talent. Nice kid , good athlete but he’s a group of 5 QB

Week 7 2025: Texas at Kentucky
How does Terry compare to Terry Bussy (sp) from A&M? Bussy seems to be doing well and they move him around a bit. Is Michael Terry comparable in versatility, talent, speed etc...?

Texas O-line talk
Wardell Mack has hardly played. Sweat played and didn’t miss any time but he was an older more established player. So Brooks timeline may have been stunted as a result

Texas O-line talk
As others have said….he got a DWI in April. He’s a freshman. You would have to be John Hannah to start day 1 with a dwi on your resume as an early enrollee

Week 7 2025: Texas at Kentucky
Wisener went for 160 last year. They lost their stud DT and a couple game changing WR transferred. This does feel like a road game at Ok st or Tech back in the day, one where we are on the verge of winning big but we let them hang around too long and we’re in a dog fight. Curious to see how this one goes , as we’re the new kid and those old b12 games we were always someone’s Super Bowl

Week 7 2025: Texas at Kentucky
Not sure about scoring first. But I did read recently that we have not taken opening drive for TD in Sark era maybe 1 or 2 times total in what 55 games or so.

Texas vs. ou - 2:30pm on ABC
Well of course, but we didn’t know he or the OL were this far behind. That’s all been rehashed. Now that we know what we have and what are baseline offensive floor is, we can add on from here. I think we’re developing an identity, somewhat. Heavy TE rotation, simple stuff , let Arch move around a bit , some zone read etc…

Texas vs. ou - 2:30pm on ABC
Less reads, less slower developing down field targets. Herbie mentioned it later in game. This looks more like colts offense. We took points inside the 5 should tell us all we need to know. Sark knows we are limited offensively, the fg take was telling. He just needed to shit the bed in Gainesville to understand it. we will be more ball control, outside zone, we used the hell out of TE yesterday. We’ll take shot down field situationally vs dictating terms.

2025 Random Games thread
Someone I would think we need to look at is Jax St RB Cam Cook. Leading runner in CFB. Round Rock TX native. Dude is legit.

Who should be our next OC hire?
Lost 5 in a row with the Jags. He was promoted when the HC (Cane Womack) got hired as Bamas OL coach or some role on Deboer's staff.

Their NCO's lead from behind, pilfer and steal from supply depots, get drunk with their cronies and haze the foot soldier to no end. Its been that way since the beginning of time. It's a poor Army of soulless bastards with zero regard for human life, friend or foe.

Texas vs. Florida- 2:30pm on ESPN
This is a great take. I have felt the same thing. We lack a vocal leader and a third year QB needs to be that guy. He's a milk and cookies guy it appears. I get the humbleness of his personality but its to a point now where someone needs to pull him aside and let him know he has to step up. Some are not wired that way and i get it, but speed of the captain speed of the ship.

Texas Football 2025 - Seven Win Steve Rides Again
Saturday will be a great atmosphere in T-town. The Bammers have had this one circled for a year and now with a W in hand after Athens, watch out.

Could this be the craziest coaching carousel of all time?
Tell me you're not from the South without telling me. There is a ton of stark differences from Ole Miss and UF. For one, Ole Miss attracts mainly rich out of state kids (who never come back to Ole Miss once they leave) and what upper socio-economic demo there is in the MS. UF is almost all instate kids and its a great academic school, not Texas great , but it's up there. Ole Miss is not on a par academically. There is a reason there is a "Florida Man" meme. Florida other than Jacksonville and the panhandle is not the south. There are thousands of UF kids from Tampa, Orlando and south FL and those are much more aligned with a northeast mindset than a 'southern' mindset. Think more Jersey shore than Garden and Gun. Think more mom and dad moved here from Ohio than Southern Living / 30-a southern. The factory owner/exec retired to the east coast of Florida ( basically West Palm, Ft Lauderdale, Jupiter etc) and the factory worker retired to the west coast (basically Venice, Bradenton, Northport, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda). These types spawned the UF demographic by and large. The panhandle of FL is Bama , FSU and Auburn country. Jax is UGA country. IMO FL is not the traditional south. Florida is Florida, much like Texas is Texas. If you have never lived in LA, MS, AL, GA, South Carolina, TN, then you think Texas is southern and most likely FL too. Ole Miss is prim and proper, the Grove, deep souther ties and roots , very little infiltration of anything other than redshirting Ms Amercias.

Trump’s America
Exactly this. Trump is quoting the RBOB, which is basically wholesale. Torture the numbers and they will confess to anything. From the article: But the cost for RBOB is considered to be a kind of wholesale price. It excludes state and federal taxes, as well as other manufacturing, distribution and marketing costs that go into determining the final fuel price that consumers see at gas stations.

From my readings (its been quite some time).... France declared war on Germany in 39 advanced past the Maginot Line but withdrew after 8 mos of no action thiking between the Maginot Line, the Ardennes forest and the Belgium resistance, that would hold off the Germans. Shortly after, Belgium army offered no resistance that surprised the French and eventually Dunkirk happened. They also underestimated how quickly the Germans would take the Ardennes(SP). The UK couldn't convince them to stay in as we were close to joining too, by that time they had lost 300K men and Italy had joined the Axis powers to their immediate southeast
