the department stores in Tokyo - especially on Ginza have fabulous food halls. Great to visit - even if you don't buy.
take the subway everywhere - its easy to use.
most restaurants do not speak English, so be prepared to point.
eat sushi at one of the small places at the Fish Market - even breakfast. The old outer market is still there but if you want to see the tuna auction you need to go to the new market.

I meant more along the lines of Jerry Jones thinking he could fire Jimmy Johnson and the championships would keep on coming for years. Sure he got one with a place holder but he's never been able to admit the Jimmy was the brains and the franchise has been shit for 20 years. Well Lunhow is the brains, and he's not easily replaced.
unless Crane feels like he has to fire Lunhow. Doubt he will do it, but you never know.
I had also heard that Crane had a shit ton of dirt on Manfred. I guess he decided no to use it.
Stop by and have dinner or at least drinks at the Grove Park Inn - 10 Presidents have stayed there so, it pretty much an institution.
Also the Downton Abbey exhibit as at The Biltmore right now.
To follow up on this. We went on Sunday night and the place was hopping.
Had an Old Fashioned to start that was perfect, and we shared a bottle of one of the White French Burgundies on the menu..can't remember which, but it was nice.
We shared the Nancy Cakes, Lamb Dumplings, Ricotta Gnocchi with roasted mushrooms, and the Sirloin Tips with beef fat sticky rice. After that we decided to skip dessert and instead ordered the Caramelized squash cappelletti in brown butter sauce - it had a nice sweetness to it that was perfect as an entree or a dessert.
Service was fantastic with our server very attentive, but not too attentive. Perfect balance of making sure we were ok, but not a presence every ten minutes.
Will gladly return.
that's what is called a "laundry room". Fridge is to keep drinks for the maid, or maybe its full of beer. The "shower" is a dog bath.
The rich just live differently
I would probably say American Girl, but he is another that its damn difficult to pin down to one song. He and The Heartbreakers had so many hits.
You Wreck Me might be my favorite of them all
Springsteen is almost impossible for me to pick - but I'l throw out Racing in the Streets. That's the first song that comes to mind...but damn Jungleland.....
