I can't watch 2 minutes of Hannity. He projects loudly like he is telling the truth that only he knows and he is nothing more than a shrill for Trump. It pisses me off that my demographic. the Baby Boomers, apparently love him.
True, but in six years a lot of Boomers will have passed and a lot of young Texans will have reached voting age. The key for Dems is getting the young vote to the polls as they lean blue. That, and getting Hispanics to overwhelmingly vote blue.
Republicans are like aggy with their holier than thou attitude. They think that all Democrats want welfare and free stuff from the government and they see themselves as morally above Democrats. It has always pissed me off.
And they are so full of themselves that they still feel this way after they elected and approve of Trump after all of the crap he has done.
"I suspect you'll be disappointed if he gets elected just the same as Obama did to so many people" Hilarious in so many ways. Obama getting elected disappointed the Trumpkin types. Is that supposed to be a surprise?
And have you consider how many people who got disappointed when Trump got elected? Lots of potential Clinton voters stayed home because everyone thought she was going to win.
And have you considered how many people who have gotten disappointed in Trump's election who voted for him thinking he would pivot and act like an adult?
Thanks for the laugh.
I know plenty of Democrats who loved and still love Hillary Clinton and considered her a great candidate. I agreed with President Obama that she was as well qualified as any candidate in history. This is not a popular thought here but I'm going with much less than 99% of Democrats admit she was a bad candidate.
Bernie will not win the nomination. He is too old and as much as people hate Hillary there are millions who like her and they will vote against Bernie. We are talking about Democratic primaries.
Then you baffle easily. DeSantis' comment was regarding his black opponent, not some white guy telling his kids who are supposed to be completing a task.
You are either in denial or you are as dumb as DeSantis thinking this remark is okay in this specific situation.
The bank bailouts are not the reason we have Trump. The low intelligent whites don't give a shit about that. Trump conned them into believing he is a great businessman and he is a non-politician and Americans are sick of politicians.
A Blue Wave means a check on your craziness and survival of our country. A Red Wave means more corruption and you and hero Putin wins and destroys our country
Tell us how you know "those people" will vote 2 or 3 times and how you know "shady shit" will happen in South Texas.
My opinion is it is because you are a racist.
"I am in agreement— I think initially it was jarring to hear (much like the Cuomo comment) for a lot of folks, but if you took time and gave honest thought, there is merit. I get that."
The above are the 2 full posts you wrote. I fail to read where you explained in context that Obama speech that day was about public works in our country and specifically the “YOU DIDNT BUILD THAT” was about roads and bridges. Call it what it was, bullshit to claim Obama said private business owners didn't build their businesses.
It is not initially jarring to hear as you stated. Rather it was disingenuous for Republicans to use those 4 words completely out of context, placing them on the giant backdrop banner at the GOP convention. And of course the Trumpkins and low intelligent voters bought into it: "Obama hates capitalism. He is a communist."
Obama was talking about the roads and bridges that allow consumers to get to people's businesses. The individual business owner's didn't build them. Using this quote insinuating business owner's didn't build their businesses is Bullshit.
And the Trumpkins bought it hook line and sinker. Low intelligent voters.
I think it is scared or ignorant, especially ignorant. For the old white Trumpkins stuck in rural towns, when they graduated from high school not everyone was told they could go to college like they are today so they got jobs and married right after high school.
Moving to live in an urban area expands a person's perspective and working with and meeting diverse people increases the likelihood they will vote for Democrats.
