  1. I had a Porsche Cayenne S that had hot engine and low coolant problems. It actually was caused during a starter replacement. For some stupid reason, the starter is installed under the intake plenum. You have to open up the top of the motor and that means coolant has to be lost and refilled. I had to take it back several times to burp it or fill it. It was really annoying and I sold it shortly after. Owning a 115k mile Porsche is a pain.
  2. Pull it down toward the weakened area with a winch or something. Blame them. Don't snitch on yourself.
  3. I don’t mind that freevee has commercials. Watching the same commercials over and over is annoying. Apparently Amazon thinks I’m a gay football watcher with HIV that badly needs Liberty Mutual insurance.

  5. One tactic you might try. That language says they @own the claim”. It doesn’t say anything about your responsibilities for what insurance doesn’t agree to. Tell the mitigation company to talk to the insurance company and reconcile with them. Tell your insurance company that they are over charging you. Your financial exposure should be the insurance deductible. Im an adjuster and a contractor. Reconciliation is a major part of my job. They usually take what insurance pays. I’ve also seen Servpro stick a little old lady with $7k in crap we didn’t agree on.
  6. What does your contract with them say? Did you agree to pay an amount whether or not insurance agreed to cover it? Did you sign or initial a document that included lein language? You don't really need an attorney to read a contract.

Coaching 9-10yo flag football. I have to do the full warm up routine with them. If not, I’ll definitely pull a hammy or back trying to keep up with them. When I’m warmed up, I can almost cover the wheel rout as a safety. Not the black kids though. They’re fast.
  12. That's pretty cool. It's pretty close at 120 light years away, but that planet hasn't even received our first radio signals sent into space yet.
  13. Does this help the value? It’s real bouncy
  14. I like the chair, that’s why I bought it and fixed it up. wife wants all new living room that is probably going to cost my kids a year of college.
  15. I realize it's only worth whatever someone will pay, but I have a verbal appraisal on a chair at $10,000.00. It has the original manufacturer certificate inside that dates it around 1880. It's a big chaise lounge chair in great condition. I had it fully restored about 15 years ago, and that's when I found out about it's history and age. Where do I start getting this thing sold for some decent money?
