Good on you sir! Karma has a funny way of catching up with people, whether doing the right thing as you did here, or this previous POS owner who didn't.

Tin Star on Prime. Watched the first season episode one and will keep watching. Tim Roth has been a favorite of mine and he does a good job in this role.- Southwest or every other airline in the history of the world?
Gotta hurry up and wait!- Time for another ‘my dog is awesome’ thread
Yep, that looks like heaven to me for these two. Great doggos.- Time for another ‘my dog is awesome’ thread
😁 Damn skippy! She can clean the mess right after making you a sammich and bringing the doggo a treat.😉- Fort Worth is exploding
Charley's has a good burger but their hand cut fries are the shit. Kincaid's and Charley's both are old time FW standards that could be 1 or 2 in this poll every year.- Girl Scout cookies (not selling, just eating)
Went through a whole bag of these on Sunday while watching KC/Buffalo. Could have gone through several more if I had them but did resist the urge to open the two boxes of thin mints. I've never been able to say no to the kids who are selling these and once a year it means getting to see smiles and make their day a little brighter.- Texas BBQ
Only 109 miles from my FW location according to this mapsite. No locations showing up in DFW.- Netflix Recommendations
Saw him in Irving last August-meh. His stuff on CBS Sunday Morning while in family lockdown due to covid was funny however.- Time for another ‘my dog is awesome’ thread
Fine looking lad that Eli!- I'm An Alcoholic
One year ago today at 1:30pm I got the call from my daughter in law that my 37 year old son had died from an overdose. I decided I wanted what you all had to offer on April 28, 1998, and have gone to any lengths to get it and sustain it. For a moment, my son too embraced recovery but being off his prescribed medications led him out the door and he returned to his previous addiction. I celebrate the 23 years time we shared together as father and son along with memories that will last forever. The journey continues and I have found other recovering alcoholics who have lost children, spouses, family that share a bond none of us wanted but are glad to have today. Trudging the road to happy destiny sometimes means wanting to burst into tears one minute and scream at the top of your lungs the next, but I've never felt alone because of the host of friends that surround me with love or had a thought about drinking alcohol. For this, I am grateful and will continue living one day at a time content to believe that life without alcohol is better than life as a drunk.- Fort Worth is exploding
Need to do the same. Think the last time I was there was in the late 90's and am surprised it is still open based on the number of closures due to covid.- 1883

- RIP, Ron Franklin
As a child growing up in the late 50's, it was always Kern Tips doing the Humble radio broadcast of the SWC games. Used to watch the SWC highlight films he narrated whenever it rained and we couldn't go outside for PE. I never expected there to be another announcer who could put you at the stadium through his broadcast like Kern Tips, but Ron Franklin became that voice for me on the radio and television. RIP to one of the true legends of broadcasting.- The movie you just watched
Lot's of great memories watching this shitshow while sitting beside my sister in the theatre. And for the life of me, the only redeeming quality this waste of time presented is when the damn thing ended.- The movie you just watched
As an old, I grew up watching Broderick Crawford in Highway Patrol and was a fan from the beginning. I will definitely check this out based on the lineup of stars listed. Thanks for the review.- Bag of Dicks Digest: The OU Screenshot Megathread

Your family will thank you for this monumental effort. I'm over half way to my goal of 200 (started at 282 in April last year) and it has really changed my attitude and outlook both inwardly and outwardly. Success be yours amigo-good luck!- Restaurants from your childhood that don’t exist anymore
This- Restaurants from your childhood that don’t exist anymore
I did indeed. Mr. Dulit Lee was such a gracious host at his restaurant and the wonderful menu offered excellent choices.- Restaurants from your childhood that don’t exist anymore
My first time at O'Leary's in the 1849 Village was in 1971. A friend had a birthday party there and he was served a Shannon's Shenanigan-two very hot looking TCU coed waitresses came out, put a drop cloth napkin around his neck, began singing a song about a hot time in the old town tonight, and started shoveling spoonfuls of a huge banana split into his mug. It was always a big date to go to the General Cinema Opera House theatre and then top it off with a visit to O'Leary's.- Time for another ‘my dog is awesome’ thread
I did that with my Bailey (pictured at left) as well. No ragrets.- 1883
