  1. Can one of you assholes please open a valve or something and get Henry hub back in the low 2s?
  2. I was at a tractor supply picking up ivermectin for my chickens. They have it in a locked case. There was another lady there for it as well, and a store employee came over and talked to her first. She said it was for her neighbor who wasn’t feeling well. He promptly put the package back in the case and told her he can’t sell it for human use. She then said something like well my cats are sick and I want to try it on them. “Mam, this is for cows, it will kill your cats.” Just the look on his face. For guy obviously dealt with this all the time. I can’t stop from laughing every time i think about it.
  3. Im usually pretty optimistic about the human race and our ability to continue to be better, but the last few posts are me giving me pause.
  4. Shit we’ve been through it on this thread even I think. The girl is added to replace Maxwell from an actual picture.
  5. Quit posting AI altered bullshit. It just adds to fuel for the “see it’s all made up group.”
  6. Already up $100 today. Let’s go mfers.
  7. I’d like to see the spread on the target.
  8. I was at the Dr office the other day and a patient was dealing with staff. He was a bit frustrated over something that they clearly had been trying to get approved for his wife for a while. I don’t catch the details, but the lady at the front said something to the effect of “we don’t require this, and be careful because UH had been saying that over the phone”. Dude responded with that’s why one of them got shot. Was a funny response from everyone in the lobby.
  9. Or not. This is only interesting to me now because I started a job this year with a company involved in the mining industry.
  10. Texas is a big place and not all of us grew up on the left side in the desert. Crawfish is definitely Texas for everyone that lives roughly Houston to the Sabine.
  11. Crawfish and raccoon also missing.
  12. If you believed one of the big nylon 6-6 makers in the US was going to shutter 25-30% of its production by the end of the year, what publicly traded stonks would be impacted?
  13. They have a wood option? I saw Henry had some sever action but not in 9mm. That would also be pretty awesome. I think I’m feeling a bit of nostalgia for shooting with my grandpa and his brothers when I was a kid.
  14. Hmmm 🤔 Anyway, was coming to ask about peoples experiences with 9mm carbines. Not looking for tacticool necessarily, would prefer wood. I’ve got an old pump action 22 rifle (wood stock) that was my dad’s. Something like that would be nice also. I want something that shoots cheap ammo that’s bigger than a 22, and I don’t need to shoot 50 yards with it. We already have a 9mm pistol as well. The Henry home steader has the right look /“feel” for what I’m going for. https://www.cabelas.com/p/henry-homesteader-semi-auto-carbine
  15. So I don’t know if this goes in the anime thread or here, but kids and I just finished Pantheon. Looks like it is something they picked up from AMC. My kids are 14 and 11. It sure 11 was exactly appropriate. There were a couple fast forward parts for him and some explaining. Overall, we really liked it. Very excited how it started, kind of went in an unexpected (for us at least) direction and left us with a bit of melancholy.
  16. That did the trick. Thanks
  17. Just once? (Did I miss something recently like the paycheck challenge from years ago?)
  18. Evil vs evil. They can be a bit more ruthless than usual. She’s definitely getting double crossed and killed by maul. And I’m here for it.
  19. Do we still have a gaming and book sub form? I don’t see any sub form when I go to hobbies.
  20. We had a version installed in our WH in Europe in about 2019-2020. NOT Fortune 500. I’m sure they’ve already improved, but one of the limitations was needing a very good surface. Was a bit difficult at first using it on a…70+ year old (?) warehouse floor. They made it work though.
