  1. I'm limiting myself to things I saw live. Vince 4th and 5 Self explanatory Shipley '08 kickoff return in the Shootout Gooners were number 1, we looked dead in the water against them up until that point. Then Shipley ran from end to end the fastest I've ever seen and the rest of that season took off. Run Ricky Run Breaks the record against the Aggos. Perfect. Roll Left Mackovich rolls the dice and we dethrone the king. '05 Red River Shootout We break the wall down. Jamaal Charles. Rodrique Wright. Billy Pittman. Bomar. It was cathartic.
  2. I'm rooting for the meteor.
  3. Yes, let's argue about the functional geography of the Metroplex. Between all the citing of sources, anecdotes, and personal attacks that'll get this thread at least three more pages.

  5. Glad to see I'm not the only one that does this.
  6. When the announcers said Bond was out, my seven year old son said “Daddy! Bond isn’t playing, that means we’re going to win!” We agree with your analysis.
  7. Payment rendered!
  8. I get the whole resume argument, and Bama did shit the bed this year when they shouldn't have, but does anyone actually think SMU is better than the Tide? I'd bet the house on Bama rolling SMU.
  9. Texas 31 Dawgs 24 27 rushes for 136
  10. Well, previously we sucked. And we weren’t dropping bags to the degree our competitors were. No one wanted to play for Fuckface Tom Herman for free. Now that we’re on the upswing, and can pay above board, recruiting there became feasible.
  11. He just needs glasses.
  12. They are the most relevant Aggies.

  14. This Quinn situation is so strange to me. By all accounts and evidence, Sark runs a professional meritocracy with a focus on procedures and culture. I'm trying to wrap my head around what this would look like for any other functional title contender. If your starter is injured/hobbled, and you have a high profile backup with starter and game experience, this is a no-brainer. You sit the injured guy and play the next man up. No controversy, no rumors, just business as usual. I have to wonder what kind of crap is going on behind the scenes to where this isn't cut and dry. When Quinn was clearly hobbled in the UK game, that was the time to sit him and play the backup. To what degree is Sark so beholden to Quinn that he can't make the obvious move there? Not even wading into the whole Quinn vs. Arch thing that has occupied so many pages on this thread, the guy was clearly injured. That was the time to play the backup. That's why you have one. Because he didn't, though, now we have to wonder if Arch is airmailing the ball in practice so bad that Sark is afraid to play him. It's either that or the Ewers family has compromising photo evidence of Sark. Make it make sense.
  15. He thinks he's clowning us.
  16. 35-14 Texas Combined yardage: 720
  17. Kentucky Tailgate. What time start? Pay money now? Pay money there? Muledick.
  18. They're waiting to see how things shake out. Then they will arrange things so that we get to play an easy slate. ~Some Aggie, probably.
  19. I'll be at the game. Bringing my son and my old man. It's the boy's first real football game. I expect a bloodbath. Also, can I pay at the tailgate or do I need to buy ahead of time? Is the password still Muledick?
  20. They gotta stop referring to SCAR as USC. I actually had to google “when did A&M play USC” and then feel stupid when the result popped up.
