Crashing (HBO)
Good finale. Liked the whole, I am not an asshole, alright, scene. Followed by Pete's opener set, which actually bought him the respect he was looking for all along.

American gods
Don't have Starz anymore(for the last 4 or 5 years), so will wait and download it when they finish it up and binge watch. I don't see how it could go more then 2 seasons, seems like they would have to stretch it out for even one season. It is not a very big book.

Crashing (HBO)
Good to see that others have the same opinion about this season's chick and her being "hot". Unfortunately, after viewing this page, I am having to use voice recognition to type this reply.

Leaving Neverland (HBO Michael Jackson Documentary)
Did he hang out with Culkin pre Hine Alone or post? If it was post, maybe he was afraid to do anything with him, as he was a well known kid. So Culkin might have thought he wouldn't do what he clearly did.

Depression, OCD, and whatever else ails you between the ears
To follow up on my posts in this thread. My dad no longer has to worry about Alzheimer's. We lost him last night. He is no longer suffering. Hopefully he can reunite with mom and maybe go riding trails alongside the Duke(his favorite actor). He was a lot like the characters Wayne played on screen. He was rough, tough, wouldn't take shit off nobody but would give the shirt off his back to help those in need. He was never really one to show his emotions, he let his actions tell his feelings, most of those were positive. Been a rough year, as his primary caretaker, seeing a once near indestructible man, 6'4", 200 lbs, strong as an ox, mind sharp as a razor, succumb to Alzheimer's, complete kidney failure, degenerative hip disease and waste away to what he was these last few months. I hate saying it but I am glad he is gone now. Getting old sucks.

Veep (final season) - March 31
Yep, Cheers and MASH are my top two shows with comedy. Seinfeld and Veep have more laughs but they are much further from reality. Not that there are not people like those characters, just almost never that many assembled together. Cheers and MASH are far more realistic.

Alabama Football - Now Featuring Kalen DeBoer
Most of us realistic fans knew there were holes. The OL was way over hyped(Jonah Williams was the only great one) and the defense had lost the entire secondary from the year before, not to mention several keys cogs in the front seven. If Quinnen Williams was not such a beast, it would have been even worse. I think they might be more well rounded this upcoming year. They did not need to be a stellar OL against most of the teams they played against, until they ran into the buzzsaw of Clemson. UGA and even OU tested them a little. Also, Tua was not nearly the same player he was prior to the UGA game, where he got injured on the first possession.

Been trying to quote BL in the handover thread. Every post in that thread, hit quote and it takes me to top of the page. Then try to manually reply at bottom and it will not allow me to type anything in the reply box. I have noted that others do not have issues in that thread. Also the go to the top icon is missing from that thread. Also, can we make those green banners at the top collapsible?- Follow the Path of Least Resistance: An Oral History of 'Office Space'
One of the few current day articles that kept my attention throughout. best line for me...- True Detective Season 3
I think Hoyt took Julie as a replacement for his granddaughter, to try and make his daughter happy, after she lost her husband and daughter in the car wreck. I should say, he bought Julie from the mom and her real dad, mom's cousin. The boy was an unfortunate thing. They tried to take her alone, he came along/got murked and he was also why Julie did not go along with the program- Alabama Football - Now Featuring Kalen DeBoer

I got an email about a presale for Chris Stapleton in Huntsville(Von Braun Arena) last night. Went there this morning and by the time I could even get on the site, only the nosebleeds were available and only 1 ticket per section, all of them 90 bucks. Dude is awesome but not dropping near 100 for bad seats, especially when I can't take anyone with me to the show. I saw Joan Jett open for Aerosmith back in '90, good seats, 20 each.- Deadly Class - SyFy
Well, shit. Been seeing the first few minutes of each, on the DVR playback of The Magicians but discounted the show. Guess I need to catch up now.- Breaking Bad Movie
Yeah, bitch.- Best opening lyrics of all time
Are you gonna take me home tonight? There are stars in the southern sky- Can RUSH continue on without Neil Peart? Maybe.
They could always hire my ex BIL. He was a massive Peart fan and he learned to play all their stuff. He was pretty decent at it, last I saw him play, That was 15 years ago, I am sure he has only gotten better at it. Note: This is said with a little sarcasm, even though he was decent for otherwise being a general dumbass.- Concerts you are attending
Yeah, I recall when $45 for front of the stage was considered ridiculous.- Concerts you are attending
Yeah, about halfway through the show. Supposed to be able to download a mp3 of the show, in a few days.- Shall we talk about heavy music?
Him and the Nuge should totally hang.- Concerts you are attending
Just got home from Metallica. They finally came back to the area after 27 years. Goat boy came out to warm up the crowd. They still seem to have it, for the most part.- Jalen Hurts not happy; grad transfers to OU
Well, shit, I wanted to wish Jalen well when he transferred. I guess I could root for him to put up big numbers but just count on the OU defense to give up even bigger numbers. - Shit's Borked
