2020 Property Tax Values are out
I got an email from Five Stone about 4 weeks ago saying everything is delayed and to just hang tight to see if I will get a reduction or not. I’m not holding my breath.

Would you take this deal- non progressives only
Don’t take the deal. Need to roll the dice for Dems to take the Senate. If Trump keeps the WH...well Dems can run against him again 2024. Yeah yeah. I know term limits...but he will have 4 years to make it happen.

google fiber
I am a cord cutter. No cable TV. No home phone. I only use Spectrum for internet. So GF aligns well with my needs.

google fiber
They can’t finish laying fiber in my neighborhood fast enough. Let’s get to the point GF starts taking enrollments so I can throw my money at you. I haven’t had any major problems with Spectrum but GF is advertising significantly higher speeds for less money.

Tesla
This is an anecdote of 1. Rich rebuilds is a YouTube Chanel for a lot of Tesla content. He tried the CPO route in the past year and had many negative things happen in his story.

AISD's (and other districts) Plans for Schools Starting August 18
Only 1 of my 2 have made it onto zoom so far this morning. The younger one just isn’t having it. Just 1 meltdown to the next. Doesn’t help that wife had set screen time restrictions on the iPad till noon and was getting pissed that nothing was working. She thought she had set it for midnight.

AISD's (and other districts) Plans for Schools Starting August 18
We have devices and schedules ready for both kids who are in elementary. AISD kicks off tomorrow. I figure the first week will just be getting acclimated to the schedule and getting users familiar with the technology. Hopefully the following week results in actually learning. Or I could be completely delusional and this whole AISD remote learning for elementary kids is going to be a disaster. Who knows.

That’s interesting. Does HEB maintain corporate staff in Austin today that are separate from the San Antonio HQ?

I got the email. The scramble for the fall semester begins. Can’t decide if we just write off school till January and make other plans...or keep waiting/hoping for a miracle.

AISD's (and other districts) Plans for Schools Starting August 18
I am in AISD. I think my kids need to get back to school from a social perspective. If they only go 2 days a week, so be it. However I want to try and form a small cohort with their friends. Get a tutor for the days they are not at the physical school. Basically have several sets of parents fund the tutor. The kids are not going to get enough educational content being at home 3 days a week.

I always see people in the Cabo bob’s on Anderson. I would be surprised if it closed.
