  2. Need to block out the work calendar for this.
  3. I am trying bkackberries, but in pots. Lots of online stuff recommends them in container. Getting multiple varieties. Planting them in peat moss + pine bark soil conditioner plus drip system on timer for pots. Don’t expect any real production for first couple of years. Also trying 2 blackberries in the ground this year. Both are thornless floricane varieties, so no real production till next year. Put a couple different varieties of tomatoes in pots over last 2 weeks. We I’ll see how they do.
  4. I put on my application of Milorganite. Crabgrass seems to have overrun my St Augustine in large spots. Premergent didn’t hold it at bay. Not seeing many chemical options that are safe for the St Augustine. Been doing some hand pulling, but that is too little too late. Hoping the St Augustine will crowd it out here later in the spring if I keep it mowed but a bit longer. Just don’t want to see seed heads on the crabgrass.
  5. So maybe the search committee should focus on candidates with actual government, politics, and education experience for a larger higher education system.
  6. I have no clue about YETI’s financials. They seem to have exploded in size. Do they have positive free cash flow?

  10. I may the have the least enthusiasm about this season than any in the last 15. Texas should improve year over year but nothing I saw last year makes me think we are on the cusp of greatness. I don’t even see 10 wins this year.
