  1. No, this quote, specifically plauge killed it. Submitted by a prominent poster/ScipioBro with a law degree, mortgage business and stinky sex van. Please let plauge be the new “idoit.” And “Avoid this thread like the plauge” has to be the site motto. For eternity.
  2. No one saw it coming, not even the Grim Reaper. The Blind Side actor Quinton Aaron is not dead. He ain’t great, but he ain’t dead.
  3. Acevedo and Aguirre are in the portal? Anyone seen Helobious?
  4. How long has Flood had concussions?
  5. That issue would certainly explain why he’s still without a team. I read the SI article yesterday and didn’t stop to consider the multiple redshirt years (and it seems the writer didn’t either). But JBJ did, kudos.
  6. He allegedly sat out 2023. Is that considered a redshirt, or like some of you rich fucks, a “gap year” when you galavanted around Europe before getting a real job in daddy’s business. Sorry, I have issues. But can Seymore still play?
  7. Regarding Seymore, this is from his Western Kentucky bio page. Legit, or fan fiction? Former recruit at Miami. 8. Everyone’s favorite $9.95 morning show is saying you all need to stop being meanies to Kyle Flood.
  9. Twins were probably 4’ 11” and were competitive tumblers or some shit. They could have been collegiate gymnasts had they chosen a school with an actual program, so I think they had to settle for club sports stuff. They were tanned beyond belief, would often wear matching sweatsuits, ridiculously form-fitting and got endless attention wherever they went. No pics, setting up the tripod and exploding flash tray of magnesium and potassium chlorite was a fire hazard and too much work for a candid.
  10. The assumption was due to the MLK holiday, the first “business” day that would allow for the release of the names would indeed be today, Wednesday. So yes, there may be actual news today. And we should have a level of comfort if Bobby Burton is right: he claimed the other day Texas had no new entries into the portal before the deadline.
  11. We’re getting off track, but I think vision/seeing the hole/feel for the game was/is Baxter’s weakness, more so than injuries. I sat in the end zone cheap seats his freshman year when he was the nominal starter over Brooks to begin the year, and you could see the hole develop… but Baxter couldn’t. He would run into a pile when there was a small crease available. When Brooks entered the game, it was a completely different story, he would find the cutback and then accelerated thru. Even Wisner was far superior to Baxter when it came to this trait. Let’s hope Cooper can see the hole then use his explosiveness to capitalize.
  12. Based on that long ass post above (no Post # available due to site redesign) your body must synthesize hydrocodone into speed or some super focused shit even the East Germans would have been scared to inject into their athletes.
  13. I’ve already bought the domains, “princewont.com”and “princecant.com.”
  14. Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of Earth and done a hundred things Spider2yBanana has not dreamed of But I cannot slip the Surly bounds of stupidity And, while with silent, lifting mind I’ve trod The high untrespassed sanctity of idiocy, Put out my hand, and slapped the face of Helobious
  15. I haven’t seen the entire Guy Ritchie canon nor remembered every line in Hell or High Water so. I’m never quite sure if it’s an original rant or a movie quote-a-thon …or Nolan (thanks to Lurker above)
  16. Is this another RGBIII “C.J. Baxter looks like he’s running in blue jeans” posts?
  17. I almost added something like, “Wait, what’s that?”
  18. Times have certainly changed. When I was a kid, I read Jerry Kramer’s Instant Replay about Lombardi’s Packers. Kramer and Fuzzy Thurston were the guards, both the size of a modern day fullback, and they had to sprint their asses off most plays on that power sweep. Players are massive now, and many can still move with the added weight. But I suspect Vince Lombardi probably would have fucking hated Kyle Flood’s notion of what an offensive line should look like. I think there’s still a place for a strong, agile guy at guard who can use leverage, even if he’s not 330.
  19. Wouldn’t it be easier to call her your great aunt, or is she just mediocre?
  20. Somewhere, Tom Herman weeps. About a lot of things.
