  1. *just to clarify, by “what would he do”, I was referring to Botham Jean.
  2. What kind of ice cream stays frozen from the afternoon until 10-11pm? I’ll hang up and listen, but username definitely checks out. Addendum; I think Brandt Jean is someone I’d like my son to strive to be like. I’m way too far gone to even be in the same pasture as that kid. There are plenty on here who claim they’d never say anything close to that, and she can rot in hell, but what he said, I truly feel he believes. And upon witnessing the courtroom scene, I really think/hope that she takes what he said, and does what she can day in and day out for the rest of her life to live it with a ‘how would he live it’ mentality. Every day, for the rest of her life, that should be the first thing she asks herself in the morning, and the last thing she thinks when she closes her eyes at night. I was in the ‘fry her ass’ camp, but what I saw, I believe was real, on both sides of the table. She has to earn the rest of her life back, and it’s going to be hard.
  3. ””Maybe don't come over the middle if you don't want to be "attacked". Funny how they act like offensive linemen don't lead with their head into guys heads every play. Sure, a cheap shot, throw him out of the game. The rest of the season? Come on. You pay a guy to make guys scared to catch balls over the middle. Just take the helmets and pads off and put flags on em.”” Apples and oranges dude. O-linemen fight trench warfare. Safeties, corners, and most weak side linebackers have to adhere to the rule. Mistakes are made all the time. Running backs and receivers are guilty of dipping when they see the collision coming, and they’re guilty for “posturing” in my opinion. This guy in particular basically says fuck the rules, and it’s been proven over and over again. If this mandate doesn’t make him re-think his shit, then fuck him. Let him go kill Canadians.
  4. If Dan Jenkins has anything to do with it, then the answer is never, and it’s in his contract that he already has one that he’s allowed to rob at will, somewhere in Oakland.
  5. Understand where you’re coming from, and I played free safety back when it was in vogue to destroy people with your head. I still love Tony Brackens’ hit on the Tech kicker, Westbrook destroying McElroy, as well as the ND running back, and Nathan Vasher obliterating Carlos Francis on that fake punt still gives me goosebumps. That said, rules are now rules dude, and this guy’s fucked in the head.
  6. Even if the rules were different and he was down (and I’ve watched the play in real time as well), he’d have done the same shit. Fuck him, it’s time to pay the piper.
  7. Nah. And don’t blame college football for the fact that you suck. Hell, my alma mater sucks, but we’re good for an upset or two a year, cheer for that. Don’t go all, “ evolution of college football” because y’all shit the grass. Just embrace it, it makes the shitty wins more fun, I promise.
  8. Wow. A 40yr old drops a tad bit of knowledge on them regarding his lifetime as an aggy fan, and while most are on board, this dipshit chimes in. “Over 1980-2018, tu has avg 1/2 a win a season more than we have. And they've played most of their games in the sucky big-12. If your life started in 1980, you missed 85-98 or so, our best years. And tu played the same sucky conference we did back then.” Again. Wow.
  9. I thought we (Ole Miss) were a pretty good home and home. Hardest thing I ever did was cheer against Texas wearing the storm trooper unis in Oxford. However, the following year, when Ole Miss showed up in Austin wearing all white uniforms for the first time ever....well, let’s just say that I had fun, and Col. Homesick did not. But we were decent guests in Austin, as y’all were in Oxford.
  10. Mother fucker, I are SEC level education.
  11. You we’re Texas?
  12. That’s fantastic. That said, Matt’s a good dude.
  13. Glad we scored at the end against the scout team defense. Get some reps, and keep losing in order to beat aggy.
  14. Yeah, my theory is definitely coming into play.
  15. I hope he accidentally falls down a flight of stairs.
  16. How do I edit the thread title? Also, the thread title is based on this hat. At least we’re not afraid to make fun of ourselves.
  17. I only spoke to him for about 10 minutes, but I could tell that the dude was solid.
