Well, I'm blessed to not have the walking STDs myself... but if I did...
Wait don't you need therapy now?
I should look up how much it costs to send a kid to Stanford after paying for select baseball...
The problem is there is no information. When I ask about how much goes to baseball from my donation I get wiggle word answers. There is no transparency "because we wouldn't want another school to know..." Everything on the texasone website is written that way.
It seems highly sketch to me..
It makes me sad to see him pushed out, if that is what happened. Why did we keep Tanner Witt on the roster? He was never going to produce like before in the remaining time on campus, shouldn't we have simply tossed him out and "portaled/NIL'ed" a hired gun?
If Daly was told that he would have to compete for a starting spot next year that's fine with me, and I think that should be true every damn year for every player. But there should be a roster spot for every player who plays here and plays well at points in his career, especially when you counter that we don't have that many world beaters at all our positions.
I'm fine if a kid does not want to play here, or play here anymore. If we had a stampede of players wanting to come here that would be a harder decision to make.
If he was a bad for team morale or whatnot then put him on the parking lot roster, but Daly seemed to be Texas Baseball material so I'm gonna go with "Boo."
So we probably have a return to Houston for the 2024 Houston College classic. I'm guessing we don't go to San Jose State/Indiana/Manhattan for an away series.
I'm curious where Texas will get sent for the last year in the Big12. Utah, Cougar High, Florida, or Ohio for a baseball roadkilltrip anyone?
Ok, I'm back from Palo Alto/Las Vegas/Phoenix/Las Vegas...
I'm over it. I'm rooting for Stanford and Oral Roberts via the moneyline. I bet LSU to win it all, but would be fine with a Wake Forest team winning the title.
I'm really hating on Tennessee, but everyone else can go fuck themselves. I want to hate TCU but I can't bring myself to do it but I won't cheer for them
Not having to do upper level college classes.. I've always felt that if they want you as a JR they would want you as a SR and if you have the skills to make it, then it does not matter when you are drafted. A lot of players must look at it as an opportunity to pay their parents back for fronting select baseball $$ and then there are the student loans...
That would be a good hire and I doubt he could get a better job with his limited experience. Having said that Fuck Miami...
I won't say fuck him as the coach though...
