  1. We might actually get out of the group stage.
  2. Very true. I’ve been focusing more on lower body exercises lately because, in part, I’ve read they help with strength and balance in later years. Stuff like split squats, lunges, etc.
  3. A law school classmate told me that I sort of look like a New York Italian, so I'll probably get pulled out of the ballot line and detained indefinitely.
  4. I think that's what's hurt my dad in his later years. Granted, he's a 6'4" former career Marine who will be 82 in March, and was a two-sport athlete in high school and college, so a lot of years and a lot of wear and tear. But even in his early 70s, after two hip surgeries, he was active and had a pretty good gym routine. But then COVID hit, and (1) they shut down his gym for a while, and (2) he got bladder cancer, which was fairly manageable through remission, but a few rounds of chemo knocked him on his ass for chunks of time. Once those obstacles were cleared, though, he just never got around to resuming any significant physical activity. Not even walks around the neighborhood. He's stubbornly attended a UT football game in each of the last two seasons, and a friend and I had to almost carry him out of the stadium after the game. So like Bozo said, the absolute minimum as you age should be significant level of daily movement for a good period of time. Get a Fitbit and aim for 7,000 to 10,000 steps a day.
  5. This really got me.
  6. "That's the Jewish Testament!" - MAGA
  7. Yeah, I saw that. Our reservation isn't until early March, so hope that's still on the menu then.
  8. Made reservations at August. Never been before and it’s never been on my radar. Too lazy to scroll through the last few pages. Any good?

    Rise up, Iran.
  10. Listen gang, don't be mad at Dale for ruining the story . . . and possibly the evening.
  11. Heil Savion.
  12. Probably because you’re skipping leg day.
  13. Your father never loved you.
  14. Whatever. He probably reads too many books.
  15. I think it should be. I recommended taking out the year and making it a continuous thread. @F250 , as the thread creator, is that something you should do? Or do we need to ask imma to take a break from calling everyone retards in the recruiting forum?
  16. News Flahs We're just asking for one, maybe two.
  17. And Epstein, of course.
  18. Might as well start his Heisman campaign right now.
  19. Focus on what gives you joy right now, and family should be up there. As relatively anonymous as you are, we love you.
