Has anyone used United Pluspoints to upgrade to Polaris / business intercontinental? If so how was your experience with it. I just got 1K and my buddy was telling me the plus points are nearly worthless.
Got notice that my Larue Complete Upper was built. Ordered on August 28 and completed on Sept 7. Not too bad really. Stoked to build it out once I get it.

Clear is the bomb. I fly ~20 times a year out of Denver and Houston and other airports. I like being able to just roll up, walk through, and hit the lounge.
After being a boxer brief guy for awhile I’ve gone back to boxers and it was a breath of fresh air.
patagonia has some realllly comfy ones that I’ve gravitated towards.
Nice! Yea I was planning on using an aero lower too. I don’t have the Texas edition but that would be perfect for a Larue.
For the trigger I saw some good reviews of the Hiperfire… single stage and 3.5-2.5 lb break, adjustable. Anyone use these?
It’s a lot easier to practice casting on or in a body of water, the water will put friction on your line and let you get better tension on your back casts and etc.
Yea I’m in Colorado and when I did some test drives up in Longmont at about 5000’ or whatever the 3.5 put the 5.0 to shame. The V8 couldn’t keep up with the thinner air.
That shit goes well on everything. Especially Asian food obviously, but don’t be scared to try it out on other cuisines as well. Goes great on rice as well as sandwiches 😜.
I was reading an article where a guy bought a full cask of scotch being aged in a warehouse for each of his kids, then sold it off later. It was done as an investment and they were sold for something like 200,000 each 20 or so years later.
