What could have caused a financially unsuccessful baseball team with low attendance and an old stadium to move cities? I guess I’ll have to tune in to learn the compelling answer.
I’m trying to be cautious but something feels different about this team and how we’re playing going into the playoffs vs last year, in a good way. We might shock some people.
In a roundabout way an alligator actually isn’t an intimidating mascot, they’re for the most part shy and afraid of humans. But yes very fitting for the current state of that program. I truly think it’ll be a wheels falling off game, they’ve overcome terrible coaching and effort for 3 straight non-blowout losses. Texas is coming in with something to prove, UF has injuries, a lame duck coach who sucks, and a team ready to quit.
This is always the worst argument I’ve ever seen and it’s disproven constantly.
Kiffin would leave Ole Miss for more money. It’s as simple as that. That’s basically the #1 reason humans do anything.
Scott Van Pelt was saying he’s the potential #1 overall draft pick yesterday morning on his show. It’s not hard to imagine when you look at the season he was having, who would you take above him right now?
If the gators are lucky they can beat Miss State and finish this season 2-10. Seriously, they are going to be huge underdogs in every game except that one. You might as well let Billy finish this season and reduce that hefty buyout by a little bit. Everyone knows he’s a dead man walking.
If I hear one more person talk about Raleigh being an “elite” defender I will lose it. His defensive metrics are terrible. The only thing he does well is frame pitches, which is the biggest joke of a defensive skill in the history of the game and will be utterly useless with the introduction of ABS next year.
All 8 came in the last 2 games actually, a 5 pick game and a 3 pick game.
tangent rant: Dak had a legit case for being the best QB in the league those first 2 games, you cowboys fans have no idea how good he actually is. You did the same thing with Romo.
