  1. Visiting Rutgers on Thursday, South Carolina on Friday and talking to Texas, Baylor and LSU about possible weekend visits, per on3 https://txst.com/sports/football/roster/tellek-lockette/11216
  2. Nakos When On3 released its early schools to watch Monday night for the Colorado transfer, Oregon and Texas were mentioned as the top two schools to watch. Speaking with sources on Tuesday morning, Florida is another school worth monitoring. Texas A&M is not expected to be a top contender at this point, but the situation remains fluid. Other programs of note could include LSU, Miami, Ohio State, Ole Miss and Texas Tech. Seaton has yet to officially enter the transfer portal, but is currently expected to take visits.
  3. Saw this name mentioned a few times on here
  4. One of the On3 national guys put out a story earlier than he was asking for $2+ million. Bama, Miami and Texas Tech were mentioned.
  5. Nakos Sources have pointed to Oregon and Texas specifically as schools to watch, but the list is expected to be lengthy. Other programs of note could include LSU, Miami, Ole Miss, Texas A&M and Texas Tech. The list of top suitors will likely take shape in the coming days, but the Longhorns and Ducks will be near the top.
  6. Cooper Manning told me at the OU game he logs on every morning to see what 6th Street is posting
  7. Bobby Oklahoma State defensive end Wendell Gregory was thought to be narrowing in on a decision late Sunday. However, a new week means a new vision for his future, according to an agent source. Gregory was thought to be deciding between Texas, Wisconsin, Texas Tech and Kansas State. The Longhorns and Wildcats (somewhat surprisingly) were thought to be the primary competitors. Now, after not reaching a deal with Texas to K-State, it appears Gregory’s going back on the open market. Texas will continue to monitor, and things could change at a moment’s notice. ** Cal linebacker Cade Uluave is thought to be deciding between Michigan and BYU with Texas now on the outside looking in. ** Yale OL Mike Bennett committed to Oregon earlier today. ** Texas defensive back Warren Roberson announced his intention to enter the transfer portal. ** We’ll see who else enters the portal this week, both going and coming. It’s a waiting game for colleges nationwide.
  8. Update from the Michigan On3 site on the Cal LB • Cal linebacker Cade Uluave appears to be trending away. We felt good about this one at one point, but this morning we heard “Michigan or BYU …” and this afternoon that this one could be an admissions casualty for U-M. As of 4:45, this one appears to be trending to the Cougars as a result. Michigan, of course, has had issues with juniors, requiring a certain amount of credits for a U-M degree.
  9. Bobby mentioned this morning that Ryan Wingo’s dad reached out to Cam Coleman’s dad yesterday after his commitment. Coleman’s presence is really going to help open things up for Mosley and Wingo.
  10. One of the worst graded offensive lineman in the entire Big Ten and was benched late in the season. Ohio State threw a mini parade when he left.
  11. If you count Zina and Black as returning, Texas is at 83 scholarship players at this moment. It sounds like a good idea to stash a bunch of FCS/off the radar guys at the bottom of the roster, but in this new world those guys are now NIL priorities for G6/lower tier P4 schools. A guy can go from Angelo State to UNT or Tulsa, make 75k and play right away or go to Texas and be the 90th scholarship player.
  12. He signed with West Virginia.
  13. Cowboy hat makes me think Okie State EDGE
  14. IT A source yesterday afternoon said he thinks both Kaliq Lockett and Daylan McCutcheon will stay. It’s harder to get talented young players to see the big picture, but I think these two are understanding it.
  15. Bobby - NC State transfer running Hollywood Smothers is on campus in Austin currently. - Pitt linebacker Rasheem Biles is also expected on campus today. - Yale OL Mikey Bennett remains on campus from his visit that began yesterday. - Some folks have asked about the running back situation with Smothers visiting Austin today. Here’s what I’ve learned: RB Christian Clark has agreed to a new deal with Texas but the new deal is not signed. RB Raleek Brown has signed with Texas
  16. Commit today and show her around while he moves in, I hope.
