Their whipped cream soft schedule (other than the last game) virtually assures they end up in the top 25, but I'm totally onboard with leaving them off pre-season.
Maybe I'm missing something, but how will investing in "athletic departments" significantly improve the chances of those programs winning? Unless I completely misunderstand, the AD and NIL collectives are separate entities? Having the wealthiest AD in the country didn't exactly help UT the past decade+, not sure how a cash infusion will help struggling programs that much...or have a decent ROI to investors?
Coug high looked like an auto win on last year's schedule didn't it? How about the dirt burglars we beat 49-0 the year before and weren't exactly a rolling ball of butcher knives for the rest of their schedule..
Not sneaky at all if you really think about it. 2 teams that will likely be looking for a signature win to make the season a somewhat success, the other 2 will play us with religious fervor...as in fatwa. No other game will matter quite as much, and the fans and administration will make sure the coaches are aware. I really thought we'd be done with these type games going to the SEC, but it might actually be worse. BloU may be entering slightly under the radar but we have a huge target on our backs after last season.
That's far too low key, you sure aggy is truly involved? If there were a few SEC stickers or a giant WHOOP! Then I'd believe it. Those would be worth their weight in gold these days.
I didnt realize that, but those prices for a Ford are laughable. I'd just get a lightly used 3-4 year old F-150 Raptor for half that or less. Save money and get a more practical plaything.
If the reliability was even average I'd have some interest. In reality the only version that truly piques my interest is the Raptor, but it's powered by a twin turbo V6 (just asking for trouble) instead of the V8 it should have. Hard pass.
