Ime wanted Castle, Stone wanted Reed, simple as that. We are seeing Ime's ego ruin the team's chances so he can get fired and move on to his next contract.
Yeah, I just finished the latest pod, and I have to wonder if the Clippers lawyers wrote the agreement for Aspiration/Kwahi and that's why they didn't bother reviewing it. No way does a 200 page doc get reviewed in a weekend with no substantial changes or amendments added. They very clearly circumvented the salary cap with him, and hooked him up with plenty of sweetheart deals for his apartments and such. All of that, plus the tampering of hiring his personal trainer and other guys in his world, while he was still on the Spurs, is just damning evidence of foul play. Ballmer should be banned for a season, but how can you do that to the owner that's about to host All-star weekend? Hopefully they are only delaying the punishment until later due to the optics of it being this season.
At this point, I would be happy to see Merrick Garland hauled in front of the committee to be questioned under oath as to what in the fucking fuck he was doing while he was the fucking Attorney General. Who was assigned to this case under Biden? Who thought getting 20 years for Ghilaine was enough? Who told him to do nothing? Why didn't they investigate Epsteins "suicide"? All the evidence you need to change that to a possible homicide is in there. It's so fucking infuriating to see smoking gun after smoking gun in these emails and know they didn't bother to even depose any one.
Someone has to hit shots when Jokic has 2 or 3 guys on him. They didn't tonight. And I'm so glad Harden is in the east now. I hate watching him play so much. What was ugly about Hardens game last night? I thought he played really well for a guy that's only been on the team for a week. I didn't see any rep-through foul baiting or dribbling the air out of the ball. I thought he looked like a team player, passed the ball a lot, and made some highlight reel plays, especially that 3 to tie it at the end. I watched him for years on the Rockets and hated a lot of how he played, but he hasn't been doing that foul baiting bullshit for a while, nor does he possess the athleticism to do so any more.
Harden has been great in this small sample size. He's almost always on the court when Mitchell rests, which is great for the offense to keep chugging along. He spreads the ball around a lot and is enough of a threat that the defense can't cheat off him too much. It's a shame Garland couldn't get healthy, because they were clicking last year when he was in that 2nd guard spot, but I see the reasoning behind getting another ball handler in there and dropping some future salary. No Mobley tonight either and they were still able to eek out a win in Denver. Gonna be something when this team is full strength.
These fuckers don't give due process at all. I don't know how any Republican can ignore this shit and pretend it's just business as usual or "both sides do it" kind of mental gymnastics. This dude here is as white as can be, married an American woman, and spent 5 FUCKING MONTHS IN AN ICE DETENTION FACILITY! No criminal record, was in process for a green card, no threat to anyone. Makes absolutely no sense to ruin someone's life who is like this, and there are literally tens of thousands of people in this type of situation. Guy even paid a bond to get out a few months ago, but ICE ignored it, and he had to appeal to a higher court. Irish man with valid US work permit held in ICE detention for five months Seamus Culleton has lived in US for two decades, married a citizen and runs a plastering business but faces deportation https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2026/feb/09/irish-man-seamus-culleton-ice-detention
I spent $1750 on all this to upgrade my gaming PC guts and it was well worth it. Going from like 100-150 FPS to 400 FPS is excellent. The crazy thing is I can put my old parts on sale for quite a bit. 32g of DDR4 is worth about $250, 3080TI is about $600, MSI tomahawk with a Ryzen 5600 and cooler is about $250, and an 850w PSU to sell. Might be able to recoup quite a bit making the jump quite cheap.
