"I've done MORE for the Black community than the GREAT AGITATOR Martin Luther King, Jr., who frankly did a HORRIBLE job and caused so many RIOTS and DESTRUCTION in our great American cities! Thank you for your attention to this matter."
I heard about this "Board of Peace" on NPR this morning, how Trump seems to have appointed him as chairman for life, and how he's charging other countries $1,000,000,000 for admission. Between that and the note to Norway, I can't believe that Year Two of the Trump's second term is already so much fucking crazier than last year.
Maybe Trump has "promised" him the next open seat on the U.S. Supreme Court. (Since it's Trump, I put the word promise in quotes.) I doubt it's because Cruz is in the Epstein files. Cruz is so disliked that he probably never gets invited to any parties, even ones thrown by pedos.
I went to the Alabama v. LSU game in 2008, which was Nick Saban's first time back in Baton Rogue after leaving the Tigers for the NFL, only to return to the college game and take a job with an SEC rival. Alabama won in overtime. My ears were ringing the next morning.
The porterhouse was impressive looking for its size, but otherwise seemed like your typical steak. Holy shit, though, it was outstanding. I highly recommend this place. Great service, too. It's only been open about six weeks or so, and it was humming like a well-oiled machine.
Went to Husk in Charleston, and after seeing it on Parts Unknown, it was a huge disappointment. I think the restaurant has gone down a bit after its founder has been in and out of rehab.
Going to Nashville Valentine's Day weekend. I've been twice, but both for work and over 20 years ago. Wife has never been. We're staying at The Hermitage, but no restaurant recommendations yet. Etch (mentioned upthread) looks good. Any other suggestions? And if you don't care for country music, what is there to do other than day drinking, eating, and banging the wife?
